The next space is dedicated to the memory of the victim constructed by relatives and closest ones. This is to not allow extinguish the memory of the victims through photos, documents and other memories to avoid oblivion.
The eldest of seven brothers: Mario, David, Nidia, Amanda, José Antonio and Clara Patricia. He worked as a waiter for the Palace of Justice´s Cafeteria. He was very exited because he was about tho get his bachelor title.
"Jimmy" as called by his friends and family, was a collaborative person. He never denied to making a favor and he always irradiated happiness. He was lovely, sociable, helpful, polite and humble. He loved to made sports as play soccer, pool or "tejo". He loved to dance, share moments with his closest ones, read comics and to paint. He was a good man who loved his family. He got married with Maria del Pilar Navarrete Urrea and with her, he had 4 daughters that were 5, 3, 2 years old and the last one who was only a few months old for the event. The names of his daughters respectivelly to the ages are: Bibiana, Karina, Stephanny, Dayana e Evelyn.
His father, Héctor Jaime Beltrán, with more than 70 years old, has been on the struggle for justice and still has the hope of recovering the turth and the rests of his missing son.
